As someone who has overcome a severe eating disorder, I understand how challenging it can be to have a healthy relationship with food. I spent years battling with my body and food, only to realize that nourishment isn’t the enemy — it’s your greatest ally. My journey to healing taught me that eating well is not about perfection; it’s about progress, health, and performance. Today, I’m dedicated to teaching you how to fuel your body without restriction so you can perform at your best on the pole, avoid injury, and feel incredible in the process.
